A concrete poem is a poem whose words are arranged on the page to form a picture of its subject. The shape carries meaning the words alone do not: a poem about rain falls down the page in narrow streaks, a poem about a circle curves, a poem about a bird has wings. In English the tradition is often called shape poetry; the wider international movement that made the form prominent in the 1950s and after is usually called concrete poetry, and it treats the arrangement of type as part of the poem rather than as decoration around it.
The version this page generates builds a diamond, a classic concrete shape: four lines widening, a centre of four equal lines, then four lines narrowing to a single point. That diamond structure is useful for beginners because it gives you a visual skeleton and a clear place for the turn — the middle of the shape.
The diamond has a predictable rhythm. The lines widen, hold, then narrow:

Three things are working at once. The silhouette is a diamond, so the poem's size is visible before a word is read. The middle four lines are the poem's climax — that is where the strongest image belongs. And the final four lines mirror the opening four, which makes the poem feel closed rather than abandoned. The mirroring is a real constraint: it means your line count must be odd (here nine) for the diamond to balance, which is why the generator pads the shape rather than your words.

Your colour, size and main noun lead the shape, and your three nouns, adjectives, verbs and adverbs fill the triads. The whitespace is generated as part of the line text, which is why the shape survives copying and pasting.
